A few customers recently studied up on making it easier to resolve inquiries and chargebacks initiated by your credit card merchant.
We added two tools to your order details to help you document transactions so that you can better communicate with your credit card bank or merchant.
1. Printable Transaction Details Report - This report has all the necessary transaction information required to document the online purchase.
2. Notes (Not visible to client) - Pretty self explanatory. Use this notes field any way you wish to attach comments or important information like chargeback status or notes taken via phone.
