Here are the holiday hours for Live Chat:

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, day following Christmas Live Chat will be closed but you may send in support email and tech support tickets as the staff will be answering those throughout the days.

Thursday and Friday of Christmas week Live Support hours are as follows:

9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST

New Year's Eve and New Year's day Live Support will be closed.  Normal business hours for the rest of the week.
