Even though you don't know what a SAN is -- you will be very happy we have one. A SAN is a cluster of computers that are designed to provide a file system (giant hard drive) that never fails. Most servers designed for fault tolerance would use something called RAID 5 redundancy. Our SAN is considered RAID 50. This is 10x more reliable than the industry standard.

Your hosting services include installation of your web site on five different servers. This means that if any of the 5 servers fail -- your web site will continue to run smoothly. We have yet to find a similar hosting company with such redundancy.
