This post is created to let everyone post new feature ideas and discuss them. I'm sure we can't do all them instantly. However we can learn and depending on how many people ask for the same feature we can prioritize them.

I agree Justin and we are actually reworking some of the internals for other reasons as well as that one.

I'll need to get with Andy about this to determine an informal timeline. He is head of development.

Out of stock issue.
Could we get a message like we have for inactive products that tells us when a item is out of stock? This would be much easier than looking through our entire list to see what is out of stock.

Can we get a way to categorize the discount coupons we create? Maybe just a way to store them in folders in websiteforge so they are are bit more organized... we create coupons for specific customers in addition to promotional codes that we use in marketing - so we have LOTS of coupons.

I would like to be able to see the customer shipping charges vs what the customer paid. Another words if usps charged me $95 for a shipment and my mark up is $5.00 I would like to see those 2 totals seperate.

I would like to see this work like I see it work at the end of the day on my credit card settlement at the store.
This is what we do at our store, we hit batch out and presto! We have what was charged, what was given to us in cash, and in check all in different columns with the totals for each as mentioned above. The same principle would apply here. Batch out= What shipping was paid (real) and what our mark up was. That we we can see our mark up totals at the end of the day to see if we need to adjust our shipping mark ups. Right now it really is hard to figure it all out till the end on month. So Have a batch out setting that would show you a settlement report for the end of each day?

To save that sale!

I save a lot of sales after they are declined. My save rate is about 90%. I was wondering if we could get the system to e-mail us when a declined sale happens. This would improve our responce time to getting to that customer via phone.
