This post is created to let everyone post new feature ideas and discuss them.  I'm sure we can't do all them instantly.  However we can learn and depending on how many people ask for the same feature we can prioritize them.

Mozilla compatibility
Andy says:
Front end (your site) or back end (WF member's area)?

Brian says:

Right now you can not place an order on my site using Mozilla so front end would be the main issue for me.

Brian. Email support@websiteforge.com the Mozilla and Field Formatting items. They both should be able to be verfied and resolved through support.

We've integrated a chat feature from www.providesupport.com onto our site (the same one the website forge tech support uses) and it has worked great!

Hi Justin. We like it alot too. It's simple and very effective. It's priced well too.

Down the road the goal will be to offer a very similar live chat option free of charge to all the Website Forge customers.

I have that too but I was thinking of page load times. But my site still has very fast page load times :)

I would like to see the ability to look at a customers order history and be able to see each customers wish list and gift list. Then I could target specfic e-mails to that customer with special offers.

VCU's

I love the VCU concept and I use it on my site. It would be nice that when a customer hits the vcu threshold you set on your website that it automatically sends an e-mail to that customer saying they just earned an x amount of free dollars on your site. It would be nice to be able to design a special e-mail message that is in the theme of your site.

My search page:

When a customer does a search for an item and no items are returned in that search it should display something like, sorry no results for your search could be found. Right now it just displays an empty feild. This would be a nice little update. :)

Brian, is this the page you are talking about? http://www.shopbakersnook.com/133.html

In fact, "No Products Found" will show up instead of "X Products: Page Y of Z" it that info line is turned off (located above and under the product list). In your case, however, you have that line turned off...

What we are going to make is have the "No products found" appear in place of an emty list (no results returned) even if "X Products: Page Y of Z" is off.
