  • How long does it take for a Remote Hands Request to complete?

    The tasks time will vary depending on what is needed to be done, and if the team has any questions about the submitted content or task at hand.  But normal turn around time is 24 hours for most tasks.

  • What is included with Remote hands?

    Remote Hands(RH) can do many tasks on your site upon request such as:

    • Add an image
    • Add text
    • Link an image or Text
    • Add Forms
    • Create Custom Mailers(formatting and graphics are done by us) (content will need to be supplied)

  • My site is older, how much does it cost to add Remote Hands?

    The monthly fee that includes Remote Hands for Non E-commerce websites is $49, The E-commerce website monthly fee is $99

  • How much Remote Hands time do I get?

    The default package is 1 hour a month.  If that time is not used it will roll over every month until it is used.

  • Can I use my Remote Hands time for anything that is not on the listed services?

    YES! There are many options available that have not been listed.  Contact the Remote Hands department to discuss your specific needs.
